Refunds & Cancellations

Refund Eligibility: If a booking is cancelled before 24 hours from the booked slot start time, the customer is eligible for a full refund.
Non-Refundable Cases: No-show bookings and late cancellations (within 2 hours of slot start) are non-refundable unless approved by [Business Name].
